A young, dynamic trio of classically trained string musicians, two vio­linists and one, a double bass player, their music transcends tra­ditional performance. Intelligent and spontaneous, their music fuses all styles from classical to bluegrass and folk to jazz that electrifies any audience. Their stunning technical virtuosity and personality gives a sound that is distinctly American. Graduates of the prestigious Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia and members of the Philadelphia Orchestra, the group has performed an unprecedented 100 concerts from mid November 2006 to mid May 2007.
